Hello again! I wish I’d warned you all about my mini-hiatus before it happened, but with finishing up yoga teacher training and then driving across country, from Rhode Island to Washington state, I just didn’t get around to it.

To celebrate returning to the blog, I’m hosting a giveaway for all you loyal eyechow readers! 🙂

My friends Emma and Mike tried the grill out to let me know how it was, and they loved it! They were super excited to permanently add it to their collection of appliances. They served their dinner for two (grilled steak and broccoli-cheddar rice pilaf) beautifully! I am definitely impressed.

    I would make sausages, hamburgers, ka-bobs, steaks, fish, and anything else I could think of on this grill! I bought a George Foreman years ago and it’s limping along now, not working so well any more.

    I would grill a rack of pork ribs brushed in a BBQ sauce made of hoisin sauce, Beefeater Gin, paprika, Crown Msple Syrup, fresh pomegranate juice and lemon juice.

    But I recuse myself as a family member!
